Key Inn and Suites

The hotel is located near many amenities including a grocery, fast food, petrol, laundromat, liquor store, smoke shop, pizza place and just down El Camino Real heading West, many more shops, restaurants and a Fed Ex centre. The rooms are kept very clean and the staff were friendly & nice. There's also a pool in the front of the hotel. It is accessible by bus if you don't drive. The 5 freeway is literally right across the street so you can go wherever you need to in So Cal. The room also included internet, cable TV, a microwave and a fridge. There's also a free phone in each room that accesses any number in the 714 area code. Other calls aren't possible.

I liked that the air was turned on when I walked in and how helpful the staff was. Me and my boyfriend felt very comfortable there and the pool was in a great spot.

I liked this place. They were renovating a few rooms. The A/C had to be reprogrammed. Maintenance Alfredo came promptly and fixed it. Check in and out was a breeze!! Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet at night. Across the shared driveway is a 24 hr Denny's. Good food, nice wait staff. I would stay here again.

The staff is so accommodating and friendly and helpful and the rooms are VERY clean, a but outdated (but word is 2022 is bringing an update), but great TV's and that ALWAYS works. Housekeeping doesn't knock on your door and then just walk in on you, they do a great job discerning between providing service and respecting your space and privacy.

Nice staff! Room looks nice for the price! And the water pressure of shower head is surprisingly nice!
